Shipping Policy

We process and ship orders within 1-2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Domestic Shipping (US)

Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
Overnight Shipping: 1 business day

International Shipping

We ship to most countries worldwide. Delivery times vary by destination, typically 7-21 business days. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns Policy

We want you to love your Strivor products. If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility

Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.

How to Return

1. Email us at hello@shopstrivor.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We'll send you a return authorization and instructions.
3. Ship the item back to us.
4. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
